Robert J. Will Elected to Governing Council of American Bar Association Section of Litigation

Lewis Rice member Robert J. Will was elected to the governing Council of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Litigation. The Section is a leading source of practice, career, and business development analysis and insights for litigators. Committed to the betterment of the legal profession, Bob has previously served as a Division Director as well as a co-chair for numerous committees and special projects within the Section, including the Pretrial Practice and Discovery Committee and the Trust and Estate Litigation Committee (which he also co-created). Bob's term will commence in the Fall of 2024.

Bob serves as a Practice Group Leader for the Trust & Estate Litigation practice group. He advises clients on matters related to trust and estate litigation, class action and other complex litigation, professional liability, and eminent domain. Best Lawyers named him "Lawyer of the Year" for Litigation - Trusts and Estates for 2023, and Super Lawyers named him among the Top 50 St. Louis Super Lawyers since 2020.
